Novogratz Cache 2 Door Metal Locker Accent Storage Cabinet, Blue

I love my metal locker. It was incredibly easy to assemble. They say two adults needed for assembly, but, I had no problem whatsoever doing it myself. I was very much impressed with how protective the packaging was--no dings or bends in the locker. I had it up and running in less than an hour, and I'm not particularly mechanically inclined. It looks very nice in my small studio--it completes the "office section" of my apartment nicely. I took the plastic drawers out of a junky rolling cabinet--you know, the three drawers one that the wheels fall off of--and put them on the shelves of the locker and that works great! I love the blue color against my white walls. The locker acts as a divider between my kitchen area and office/bedroom area.

Cabinet arrived carefully packaged and was assembled easily in under an hour by one person. Looks great in my bedroom under a window and holds files and craft items.

I recently purchased the Novogratz Cache 2 Door Metal Locker Accent Storage Cabinet in Blue, and I have to say I’m incredibly disappointed with both the product quality and overall design.First, the assembly was unnecessarily difficult. The instructions were vague, and many of the parts did not align properly. Some of the screws were poorly threaded, making them nearly impossible to tighten without damaging the cabinet. It took far longer to put together than expected, and I even had to purchase additional tools to get the job done.Once assembled, I quickly noticed how flimsy the metal was. It feels cheap and bends easily, which makes the whole cabinet unstable. The doors are especially problematic – they don’t close flush, and one door even sags slightly. The lock mechanism feels flimsy and unsecure, which defeats the purpose of having a "locker" style cabinet for storage. I would not trust this cabinet to store anything of value.The paint on the blue finish also seems to chip far too easily. After just a few days of use, there were already noticeable scratches and marks on the surface, which made it look worn out and old.For the price, I expected a much sturdier and reliable product. Unfortunately, this cabinet feels like something you might find in a bargain bin. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a durable and functional storage solution.

First time they sent the wrong color . However once it got here everything was well packaged and undamaged. I wish they didn’t use styrofoam though . Assembly was a breeze and even fun . Looks nice . I’musing it as a shoe cabinet but I love the versatility of it. You could use it for literally anything.

I put this together to hold my son's workout stuff in his bedroom. It is a sharp way to hide the many straps, ankle weights, and different equipment that he uses.

Looks pretty, and was easy enough to assemble with no tools required, but the cabinet does not hold very much weight (my fault for not researching that), and the way the doors attach is not very sturdy, so that if you slap your hand on top of the cabinet or open the door too fast, the hinge holding the door in place can come off.It serves the purpose I bought it for well enough.
