Ivay Mens Gothic Tailcoat Jacket Vintage Black Steampunk VTG Victorian Long Coat

Entirely black with gold-painted buttons: as ordered. Arrived within a week. This coat is a lot nicer than we expected! It's not paper thin. It has a few wrinkles but thankfully was neatly compressed into its packaging, so it doesn't look bad. I will update this review as we find out how good the seams are. Will update later with a picture of my son in his entire costume.We ordered a small for my 14-year-old son, who is short with an athletic build. The coat is just big enough that it will fit him for the next couple of years. It is not baggy looking, only loose enough to wear an extra thick shirt underneath if it's cold. When he raises both arms, the sleeve ends about 1.25 inches from his wrist. It's a better fit than we even hoped.

This is a nice cosplay jacket especially for the price. The material is heavy enough that you cant see through it, but light enough to have a cool wafting effect as you walk. It fit as expected though I should have sized up I think. The material has some stretch to it for comfort and can be ironed effectively on low heat. As others mentioned the green color is brighter in person but ended up being perfect for my Riddler outfit.

I got the 3x and while it fits its definitely tight in a few places. Also one of the button holes wasn't open all the way so I had to cut it myself. Still not terrible tho

First of all the vest is not a full vest and is attached to the jacket. Im 315lbs and just under 6foot tall. I usually wear a 2xl on everything I wear but I always buy extra large on the internet so I bought this jacket as a 4xl and it fits perfectly. The sleeves are almost perfect length and its thin enough to not get too hot. The jacket length goes down to just above my ankles

It is a great price and great design. The only complaint is that the material wrinkles and even steaming doesn’t seem to help.

I believe this is supposed to be a cosplay outfit, but my son wears this as his "everyday" coat. I am not even sure it is warm, so apparently he would rather look cool than be comfortable (we are having single digit temperatures right now) and he thinks this is Uber Cool.Indeed, since my son has never been interested in fashion until now, this coat has managed to surmount 23 years of sartorial indifference. I can think of no higher compliment.

This is a great quality coat. It is very comfortable and well made. I am well pleased with this coat.

I bought it for a concert.
