Hello, I buy this device 17.03.2021I have problem with scopeHow many years is the warranty?

I've had a few cat phones now and have had this just over a month.Good pointsTough! I dropped it on concrete (when sitting down) and it only slightly scuffed the brushed aluminum outer portion of the phone. It still works perfectly though.Storage. 128gb is more than ample but you get SD card storage too if needed.Camera. The rear and front camera is good enough quality but the zoom could be improved. The thermal imaging camera is better than previous cat phones and shows higher temps than before too.It's easy to use too.DownsidesBattery life isn't brilliant but still average.No wireless chargingNo 5g compatibilityOverall I'd highly recommend this phone if you want something a bit different or are a tradesperson and need a tougher phone. It's still a modern and pretty fast phone, just not quite state of the art with the newest processor, most ram etc.

Not sure why this is still being sold, it's had no updates for a few years.I nought this and although it's operational, the battery life is not good, and does not last a day.There is no updates, and the phone now does not make calls, my network even contacted me offering a free phone to replace this as they were no longer supported the 4G software and it now won't make calls, only browse.The manufacturer has done nothing to upgrade this phone, or the specs and still charge almost the same as few years back.The One positive is the customer service is responsive and you can still take it for repair/ battery change.However, even when new, the battery barely lasted a full day.I've has it in a protective case so it's not damaged, but cannot say how durable it is without the case but appears to be a good, albeit average phone for what it is and the price.It needs upgrading, including screen. Fair works but could upgrade to higher resolution.Until then, would not recommend this phone unless upgraded by manufacturer.
