This is my favorite out of the Red, Yellow, Black choices. I add it to breadcrumb mixes, Mac and cheese, anything!

A delicious flavor enhancer
This is the base of almost every bbq rub I use. It provides a robust savory flavor that supplements almost any rub over top. I don’t use it alone, but it adds a wonderful flavor. It can be used partially in place of salt to help bring additional flavors through with beef/chicken/turkey/lamb/venison.

I guess it works but I just don't like the flavor personally.

Hard to explain what this tastes like but it is good on everything. I especially like it on chicken and rice.

Yet to find a use where this enhanced and doesn't overwhelm.
Tried this product on everything from steak to chicken to salads to pastas. It doesn't enhance so much as it adds salt and dulls other flavors. It should bring them out... Its not extremely flavorful on its own, but does have a little bit of a cheesy flavor.Overall, I don't think this is a wonderful magic dust, but will continue to try with different things and see if I find a winning recipe.
