It says emergency food!
I see reviews that say its not dairy free, it doesn't advertise dairy free. One says unheallthy food, after a hurricane I just want something to keep me alive. I will go back to Keto when my home is rebuilt. Great idea, fair price and not having to worry about endless using and refilling emergency found is great.

I couldn't use the product and do not recommend it for you if you have to eat gluten free.
This product is advertised as gluten free but some of the foods were processed on equipment that produces food with wheat. None of the packages were labeled as gluten free. I can't recommend this product. My daughter almost died from gluten before she was finally diagnosed with Celiac disease and had many problems. Now she only eats processed foods that are labeled gluten free.
