Happy for the purchase
I read lots of reviews of different skirts before purchasing so I wanted to return the favor for the next person. 1. It fit as we expected. We bought a small for a 5' 3" tall/110 lbs person. It could definitely work for a taller person if you slide it lower on the waist. She has it up fairly high on her waist which works with the top she chose. The waistband is elastic so there is flexibility. Just read the size chart. 2. It is good quality and the stitching is nice. I was actually surpirsed at how nice it was! It probably will need a little steaming from being folded up but we might just let it hang for a few days and see what happens. It isn't terrible and looked fine whenI fluffed it up to try it on.3. It comes folded inside out. The seams are not backwards like some people said. Just flip it right side out. The waste band is very wide elastic. Depending on your top, you can cover it with a wide belt or a piece of ribbon and a bow. We paln to leave it as is because it is hardly noticable with the sequined top we paired it with. It just looks like a wide belt.4. We bought black and it does not appear to be see thru. The layers are just right for a ball gown look. Over all, it is a nice quality skirt that will be used at multiple events with different tops.

Far far away
I bought this skirt to see if it would match a shirt. When I got it in and realized it didn’t, I tried to send it back but the shipping back would’ve cost the sameAs the skirt so I just kept it. It’s not see through unless you’re wearing very dark undergarments. It’s long and beautiful. I’m 5’1” and it skirted the ground. I did size up one larger than my normal and it fit well. I wear a 22w and am larger in the tummy and the 4xl fit well. I ended up finding a different shirt and it worked!

Absolutely Perfect!!!!
I love this skirt! I purchased this to wear as part of an outfit for a wedding that I am going to be in. This skirt is big and pouffy. I am petite but curvy; 5'4 150lbs, with very round hips. This skirt fit me perfectly and wears very comfortably. I have another occasion coming up later and I will be purchasing another one of these skirts in red. My only grip is this skirt is very long. It drags the floor by about 4", so if you are shorter, you may want to look at having altered. I am very pleased with the material for the price I paid. Over all, this is a wonderful skirt, and I look forward to wearing it to many of my formal occasions.

quality was impressive
The tulle skirt was absolutely lovely, and I was pleasantly surprised that the fabric didn't feel scratchy, which can often be the case with cheaper tulle. However, I did end up returning it since I expected it to be fuller and it wouldn't fit over the underskirt I had planned to layer it with. Nonetheless, the quality was impressive.

Really cute skirt
My skirt arrived with a few shed strands of hair on it which was a bother to remove because of the material of the skirt but overall the skirt is very cute. To remove the fold line I steamed the skirt it anyone needs help with that.

Skirt looks as pictured, but comes with a cheap waistband and smells like a fish market!
This skirt was okay. I will say that it does look as pictured. However, my very first impression was the overwhelming and gag-worthy scent of a fish market. I am not being dramatic when I say that this skirt really reeked. I opened the package when I was home alone... about an hour and a half later, my parents came in and asked what the awful smell was, and by then the skirt had been sprayed with Fabreeze and tucked away in my room. The smell really is that strong. I was able to get it out with some scented sprays and letting it air out, though! The second issue with this skirt was the waistband. It is very cheap and tacky looking, and it has no structure. It is just elastic that rolls up and bunches, so if you are hoping to style the skirt as pictured: don't. Instead, plan to buy some kind of belt or sash to accompany the skirt and whatever top you want to wear it with because, without something to go over the waistband, you will be disappointed with how it looks. The final issue I had with the dress (which is likely my fault for not measuring!) was the length. Even after steaming the tulle so that it would lay flatter and, in theory, give me more length, the skirt was too short. I was wearing it as pictured, and I am only 5'5. It was too short, EVEN WITH NO HEELS ON! This skirt was basically slightly shorter than tea-length once I did actually put the heels on.
