Soft closeOpens and stays upEasy to clean.When it was installed I held my breath. It had all 3 of what I wanted in a toilet seat. I’m so grateful!All other material leaves stains if pee and cleaning product. Not this seatNothing drives me more crazy that to raise a seat up and hold it for a second and it still slowly goes down. This seat goes up, no hold for a second and it stays up! 10/10 recommend!

It's a Good Seat, that Doesn't Slam
Why did you pick this product vs others?:We like this seat just fine, it is very slow. When my husband forgets to put it down, I just push it down, so far it's good.

A good toilet seat.
This is a good toilet seat. Very easy to install and impossible to over torque the attaching plastic bolts. Closing mechanism works as advertised. The only drawback is they are not very heavy. There is no heft to them, so they may not stay down when you need them to stay down if you know what I mean. I like that they are made in the U.S.

This IS NOT a slow close toilet seat as advertised!I kept it only because my old seat had broken and I needed an replacement quickly.
