Cute design, but the top handle ripped out the first day it was used. By the end of the 2nd week of school the big zipper broke.

It was nice but zipper broke really quick and material will not last along time.

We had it for two weeks and the top loop ripped off. We’ve made it half a school year and the zipper has fallen off. We use it to carry lunch and water to and from school. The bag only carries water, lunch, and a jacket in it. Not worth the money to have to replace it mid year. I expect things like this to survive a school year, at least.

Nice backpack, quality is great. It’s the size of a regular jansport.

Purchased this for my high schoolers senior year. They have a tradition of getting a backpack with childhood characters. My daughter’s favorite has always been Spider-Man. The main issue is the zipper for the larger pocket. After a week, the zipper just fell off. The company has been great and will replace it with a new backpack. Hoping the new one will be better.
