Ettore61054 Wipe and Dry 18-Inch Floor Squeegee with 53-Inch Handle

After getting back pain from leaning over to use a short squeegee on the floor of my shower, I ordered this squeegee and secured it to the shower wall with a Command mop gripper. I am 5’ 7” tall, and the top of this squeegee handle reaches my chin! Back pain was gone after using this for a few days. The foam edge looks a bit delicate, but it is holding up fine after 2 months.

Awesome for smooth or slightly surfaced floors. I wish it was a little wider though. Really gets the moisture off the floor with no trailing of liquid and virtually dry. The only downfall is the multiple piece handle that comes with it. My handle lasted about a year before it snapped at the threads. Feels much more sturdy whe you have a solid handle/pole.

Works great to squeegee solar panels! Note the material is not a sturdy plastic but a neoprene-like material that can tear easily. So it works well, but seems it could get damaged more easily than a standard rubber squeegee.

I am not sure why some others belittled this product. The handle and squeegee seem well built, sturdy and works as expected. When I received my order the foam squeegee was cracked and split but a call to the manufacturer rectified the problem by mailing me out another. I really like this product. No, the handle is not steel and probably could break if excess force is exerted but that is not necessary. You simply push water around to floor drains or outside. I am pleased.

Bought it to clean off our tile patio after rain storms. We live in Florida so it rains often. It’s okay. Doesn’t cover much and doesn’t get the floor totally cleared of water. Takes a couple times going over it but it works.

For the price you pay, you get a decent product here. Those complaining about the handle breaking when they put it in must be using unnecessary force because it will only bend or snap if you're pressing down on it excessively, but there's no need to do that. When you use this for water, use light pressure with repeated movement over the area as this is the best way to effectively move the water. This is the typical cheap metal handle you get when you buy a cheap broom, but it will still hold up for the purposes of squeegeeing your floor. That being said, the squeegee itself is very cheap; basically just cheap foam. However, it will still work to move water around, which is what I need it to do at the fair price of $19. I can't see it breaking unless I get in a stupid fit of excited passion while moving water down my garage floor, which I don't envision will happen.

Used on garage floor after washing vehicles and it dried up completely in no time. Squeegee is soft enough to get into any little imperfections in the floor and sweep water away.I did notice that the handle is not heavy duty ,so if you just squeegee water or floor sealers with it and don't put alot of pressure on it then it should last a long time. For the $ it was well worth it.
