Looking perfect for value for money.

Poor quality
The media could not be loaded. The neck of the faucet is very loose. I can move it back and forth by ~10 degrees. It doesn't leak but it certainly feels cheap.The reduction in the ease of installation is because my plumber had to go buy 3/8" converters to make it work with the 1/2" supply lines, as mentioned in other reviews.

Can’t recommend the product enough gives cool fresh filtered water and normal water

Disappointed with the tap
Just installed by a qualified plumber.Disappointed on two points.The pressure from both the hot and cold taps reduced to a trickle was not the case on previous tap.Plumber thought it is the tap that is the problem with reduced pressure.The pull down does not retract seems the weight is not heavy enough or the friction between the other tubes through the connection is to tight.Would appreciate your reply to our concerns.RegardsDave Barnett

Poor quality
The spray tap does not retract and never has.It is necessary to pull the hose manually from under the sink. The quality isn’t acceptable and I would like to return it and be refunded.I now have to buy a different tap and pay a plumber to replace this one.Really inconvenient.

Wrong installation guide and quality not good
My plumber install this for me. The installation guide is not related to my faucet and no color indication on the tube to show which is cold/hot as describe. The extendable faucet cannot return to its position after pull out.
