The mobile data first stopped after 3gb itself...After raising complaints it started then again stopped at 5gb !!

I bought this US Travel SIM while in India so that I could be in contact with my near and dear ones soon upon reaching the country. Though the SIM card arrived in time, activation took a very long time. Customer Care never cared to answer any calls. Luckily someone replied to my email indicating that the SIM is active. So, super pathetic customer service. You are busy with your preparations to travel, you want to activate your SIM, and trust me you will not be heard.Next, regarding the utility. I traveled to Dallas, Houston in Texas, USA. The network connectivity was horrible. Very very patchy, not working at most places, I repeat, not working at most places. This I am talking about network connectivity for voice/sms needs. You can imagine the internet/data status. Believe me, I was all over Dallas and Houston, my SIM did not work at most places. I had to really struggle hard to book UBER or find my way using Google Maps as the internet was just not working. There were more than one occasion when I was stranded at a Train Station/Bus Station/ Restaurant unable to book a cab due to poor connectivity. And this while at Downtown Dallas, which is an upmarket area.Next I went around the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. Situation was a shade better but no where close to be called comfortable or happy. My SIM worked at barely 30 - 40% of places at New York, Niagra Falls, Philadelphia and Washington DC. Internet connectivity was very patchy with long times taken to upload or download pictures.What is most surprising is that during my entire tour of USA spanning Central and East USA not once I could experience 3G or 4G, even during those remote occasions of having full network. Whenever I got data, I got EDGE... which I presume is of 2G speeds. So I had a situation, where the SIM provider never gave me what he promised. No major issues with EDGE, issue is it should work... and it disappointed me badly. (No issue with my mobile phone setting, spent adequate time in trying to change the settings, but never had joy)Final Verdict: NOT RECOMMENDED. It was intimidating to see every other tourist using his mobile phone, downloading and uploading pictures and videos, making video calls except mine. More than anything it will never serve the purpose for which you would intend to buy it. Forget sending your picture on social media, you will find yourself cursing yourself for choosing this SIM most of the times.

I bought it specifically for data as I could have done the calling via whatsapp when on wifi. However, this SIM did not help with data at all. At no time did I get 3g/4g data and was constantly on edge network which was useless when outdoors.

The service is extremely good and also great value for the money.

Initially they didn't tell me that the si will not be supported in my mobile and after buying when i am struggling with connectivity the customer care is telling that you have to buy a new phone which support the sim. Never buy..
