Let me start by saying, I already knew this hair dye worked. I have used it two times before and loved the results each time. Plus it’s the cheapest hair dye that is cruelty free! However finding it in my small hick town has been a nightmare. I spent a week going from store to store with no results. I broke down and bought it online. It’s a bit more than what I would have paid at the store, but still cheaper than other options. If you are cruelty free you know how hard it is to find somethings. Especially hair dye. That’s not why I’m writing this review, however! My first package was stolen! I was devastated. I contacted the seller immediately as this had never happened to me before. I was worried they weren’t going to believe me 😅 but they did and were so nice! They said to wait 24 hours and then contact them with what I would want. 24 hours and still no package so it was definitely stolen. I told them I wanted a replacement as a refund would just go to buying a new one anyways, and they sent it out immediately. I just got my package and I’m so happy! The customer service was beyond amazing and super helpful! I will buy from them again just from how nice they were and helpful! I recommend this hair dye for anyone who doesn’t want to fry their hair with normal bleach, or you’re cruelty free, or both! But I recommend this seller just from how nice and understanding they were! Thank you!

This product worked extremely well for what it is. My roots were my natural dark brown and I had a mixture of dark blue and purple in the rest of my hair , which is notoriously hard to lift. I knew this would be a process but I needed to start somewhere and didn’t want to use straight up bleach and damage my hair as I am having my wedding reception in September, this product did an amazing job bleaching my roots to a perfect bleach color and stripping the dark blue and purple to a much lighter blue/ teal color. To be clear I had no expectation that this would take me totally blonde first try that would be impossible as even when I’ve been blue before they can’t do that one session in salons so this product did an amazing job lifting the darker blue and my natural color from my roots and it also did not damage my hair and it still feels soft and lovely, yea the stuff smells but it’s chemicals I’m not sure what people expect it to smell like. 10/10 would use again. From someone who dyes there hair a lot and removes crazy colors often.

Didn't lift much. I used Color Oops next and it worked!

My hair is naturally dark brown, so it took several applications of the Color Oops Color Conditioning bleach (with coconut oil) to work that out, but there were still some brownish areas underneath. I got a box of this Hi-Lift conditioning bleach and it took the hints of brown out. I had to use a toner, but my hair is now icy white. Will use again for roots to prevent damage.

Unless you have a non metal bowl to mix into, pouring the powder bleach into the bottle is a nightmare! the bleach powder spills everywhere, had to use a funnel and even after following instructions on pouring only half and shaking before putting the rest in, it clogged the nozzle and would not come out! even tried shaking for longer periods of time, still would not work, the coconut oil created a bubble in the nozzle with gritty bleach powder. When I broke off the top of the nozzle, just the oil seeped out. be prepared before mixing all of this with a funnel.

Followed the instructions step by step and ended up with damaging results. Yes, my hair was completely stripped of color but now I'm left with rough and damaged hair. My hair will not hold color, take hours to dry and is frail when wet. I have bleached my hair before and never has this happened.I highly recommend going with another product as this is not it! I should've listened to the other reviews.If you have damaged hair from this product I was told by a stylist to use bonding products to add protein back into the hair as well as hair masks and oils.I now have to wait for my hair to get healthy in order to fix the damage this product caused.
