Gardena grass clippers are the best, but I'm left wondering why replacement blades are shipped internationally. Are there no North American outlets? These blades shipped from (as far as I can tell) Australia, through Marseilles, Germany, then Netherlands and on to US. The shipping was rapid, considering the journey, and the blades fit my Gardena clippers. The blades are sharp and seem to hold an edge for quite awhile.That being said, I'm concerned that the company does not seem to have an American presence, and the models seem to change frequently. I bought clippers in 2016, which were superceded by a model I bought in 2022, which has been superceded by a newer model. Will there be continued support for older models? Gardena clippers are expensive (worth it!) but the lack of "local" support and the frequency of newer models concerns me.

The blades don’t last the summer
The Gardena is a great product but the blades don’t stay sharp very long. I haven’t buy ne ones several times in the summer.
