Worked great for tire changer.
I used these to mount a manual tire changer to my shop floor. Since I would be moving it out of the way when not in use, I went with these rather than anchor studs so they wouldn't be a tripping hazard. I've changed several tires now, these anchors have worked great so far and show no signs of coming loose.

Good Product
These are harder to use than they suggest. It takes a bit of trial and error to get them to work as advertised. After several tries I finally got them to hold. Not easy to use.

Worked perfectly
After a new garage door install, I had to relocate the hurricane bracing. These set super easy using the appropriate set tool and concrete drill bit. I installed 9 rather quickly

Worked perfectly
I needed to change tires on both my trucks and I bought a tire changer that needed to be secured to my cement garage floor. These held in the concrete very securely through removing 8 old tires and installing 8 new tires. Lots of stress and these held the whole time. Great product.

Drill Extra Deep
I’ve pulled 7 of these out of my driveway while using a manual tire changer. Basically one anchor per tire. I figure if I’d drilled them twice as deep as recommended, then they may have been ok. Now I’m patching concrete and getting different anchors.

You do NOT need the expensive driver tool to set the anchor.
Anchor worked great. Use 1/2” hammer drill bit and clean hole completely. You do NOT need the expensive driver/setting tool to drive the “bullet” down inside the anchor to expand it. I simply used a punch but you can use a smaller OD bolt or anything smaller than the threaded hole to drive it down and expand it. Works great holds fast
