This is going to go into my cookies and bread. Added to cereal, there’s a very nice strong nutty flavor. Will buy again.

I love this wheat germ. I put it in oatmeal daily. Tastes good. I also add it to cookies. The only negative is that I wish the nutrition facts were listed on the package.

My first time ordering, so not sure if this was their standard toasting or not. Mine is basically raw, maybe heated up or toasted briefly but the flavor is just not there at all. I could not return it because we were leaving for a trip and I needed it immediately or I would have done so.

You could break a tooth on the large hard pieces. I recommend Bob's Red Mill instead. If you want to use this product, I recommend sifting out the hard pieces.

This is not from the same company I usually get this from . The grains are too big . Isle wheat germ cookies and the consistency of this product did not bake well. There other one I was getting before this was perfect.
