Nice cart, seems well built and should last!
The cart went together well, all of the nuts and bolts are shrink wrapped on cardboard. There were a couple of items that could have been done better. The handle and tongue could be made to fit better. You have to squeeze the ears that the handle attaches to in almost 3/8". Seems to me it could be a cleaner fit. I had to file the slots on the front and back so the sides would fit...the tabs were welded slightly narrow. The parts that should be rethought are the spacers behind the wheels where they go on the axle. The axles are too long for the width of the wheels so a plastic spring (yes plastic) is placed behind the hub of the wheel before installing and attaching the washer and nut. A simple solid spacer of steel the correct size would make more sense. The plastic spring allows the wheels to be a little sloppy. Enough nit picking...I think it should last for several years to come.

Love it When a Product is Built WELL!
I wanted to take the time to write a review to say this was a really great buying experience. First of all the Assembly Manual was clear and gave excellent instructions. Someone also took some time to put together a very good shipper around the item and it arrived in good shape. MUCH better than other products companies think they can just drop ship with no protection. All arrived in good shape. The Hardware Sets are laid out all assembled for each step on a blister pack sheet. No missing parts because you can visually see all of them on the one sheet numbered for each and every one the assembly steps! Bravo! Someone who gets how to do it right! One suggestion is 2 adjustable wrenches will work, but if you have a 10mm, 13mm Socket (with short extension piece) and a19mm socket for the axle wheel shafts, along with a 12mm and 14mm wrench, assembly will go very smooth! and much faster.Cart was assembled in like 30 minutes and is good to go! Highly recommend this product. Now it's timew to give it a workout.

Well made, robust material, only on star withheld as it's a tad smaller that a wagon it's replacing.

Love it!
Beats heavy lifting! I love this cart but had a problem hardware kit. The card that had the bolts, nutswas and washers was damaged was missing and some of the hardware was missing also. to the gorilla store and complained. when a support agent Shawn told me the cart has a 1 year warranty and sent me a warranty form to fill out and they would send me a new hardware card. I fiiled if out and received the card in a few days.

Sturdy Cart for Many Uses
This cart is on the heavy-duty side. The large tires/wheels make it easy to move and steer. It’s great that the handle also converts to a hitch to pull the cart behind yard tractors, etc. My only complaint, which can also be a positive factor, is that the sides are not hinged, so when you release them, they pretty much fall over and come off too easily. I guess some might say that they are easy to completely remove, but if they were on a sliding hinge that would let you lower them all the way down, and you could then slide them for removal, that would have been a better design in my opinion. The mat in the bottom is pretty cheesy. It’s not a rubber style matt, as I had assumed from the photos, but more of a thin plastic sheet. Overall, it’s one of the better built carts that I’ve seen and I do recommend it for heavier jobs.

Faults, still Five Stars
Out of the box a five. Shipping carton taped lid came apart at delivery one day early, all parts present. I was impressed with overall quality of the materials and pleasantly surprised by the taupe color of the cargo bed and rails. Took me about an hour to assemble after identifying parts and digesting instructions - quite easy work if followed with a socket ratchet wrench. Works well after assembly, has the sturdy tight feel lacking in my previous garden carts. As for the max load capacity, I do not plan to test the 1,200 Lb limit, half that will meet all of my yard needs. This being said, here are my pros and cons - keeping in mind that I am a self made household handyman -Pros -1. Well designed for yard work, unique dumping feature (you do the lifting)2. Plastic bed bottom liner, not mentioned in the product description3. Front wheel assembly built for heavy garden tractor duty (most carts are not)and I am mindful of other comments about the weak tow bar and tilt over)4. I did not experience the tire odor mentioned by others - noticeable with nose near the tireCons -1. Production flawed rear assembly struts (angles), both ends - axle and bed frame. A vice is needed2. Hard to thread on rear wheel nuts - difficult forced start, after a few turns, seems to settle in OK3. A bit small for general big yard (2.5 acres) duty, needs 8" longer bed, A larger Gorilla unit is available.Others might have taken off a star or two for these inconveniences, but the value far exceeds the faultsand the wagon should perform well. I will update this review after a summer's work. Sealed wheel bearing failurewas a common complaint of reviewers.
