Magz-Bricks 60 Piece Magnetic Building Set, Magnetic Building Blocks Offered Exclusively

All my children (9 yrs old, 7 yrs old, 3 yrs old) love to play with this! I should have bought another set, but it's kinda pricy for me, so my kids will just have to share it. It sticks well together, colors are vivid. I don't see any cons in this product at all. Great buy. I'll buy one for my niece when she turns 2 yrs old.

These things are great! The are a little on the small side, maybe about the size of your thumb, but they are fun. We have 3 kids, one 4.5 year old boy and two 19 month old girls. They all love playing with these magnets. I'm sure as parents most of you are worried about toys with strong little magnets in them and the possibility that your little ones might swallow them. We were worried about that too but the plastic on these things is really tough, I have already accidentally stepped on them several times and haven't made a dent in the pieces at all. It seems highly unlikely that the plastic pieces would break and the magnets fall out, the magnets are all completely sealed in each piece, no seams or joints to break open. The colors are nice and bright without being tacky or eye searing. The kids love that they stick together and they have a great time pulling them apart and putting them back together. Another nice thing about this toy is that you can make some pretty interesting and complex geometric shapes rather quickly and easily and it's something that will hold their attention well.....until they decide to smash it! One of the best perks about this toy (for parents) is that they clean up really well. Because they all stick together it's easy to clean them up and have them clumped together in a small box or bag since the only drawback is they don't come with their own container...just a plain white box.I try to make my reviews engaging and useful. This is a very well-made set: colors are as shown, magnets are held securely, no glue or excess of plastic seen anywhere.The only disappointment was the size of the set -- the box is only 8.4" x 7.2" x 1.4" (as described, but I did not pay attention on how tiny it was at the time of ordering). This could be a good toy for your own kid, but as a gift for $40 this is not too impressive (looks like a ~$15 present). So keep it in mind.

I bought this product for my in home daycare kids to do as a table activity at the end of the day while they are waiting for parents to arrive. I have 10 different table toys for them to choose from. The first day I figured would be a big deal and they would be over them. Turns out this is better than I imagined. I bought them because of the magnets being inside and not glued to the outside and because I needed more open ended, use your imagination kind of toys. The kids fight over this set. They all want to play. The kids range in age from 2-7 years old and they all love, love, love this toy. I do wish it came in larger quantities and a better storage container. I have never been able to get them back into the box the way they came originally. The kids love to explore all the ways they can use these magnets, building, sticking together, using one magnet piece to make another "dance", sticking on the fridge, sticking to the magnet board, sticking to cookie sheets and placing one on top of the table while using another under the table to make the one on top of the table move around. The first day we had these they played for a solid hour with them and cried when they had to go home and leave them behind. Excellent, durable product.

My eight year old son has been playing with these on and off for 5 or 6 years. They give him a chance to be creative while having a lot of fun. I bought this set for a two year old girl. I hope she enjoys them as much as he does.

I purchased these bricks for my preschool classroom, as I was looking for a magnetic toy which doesn't include the little balls (chocking hazard even for children who are older than three). I am very glad that I purchased this toy-both boys and girls really enjoy playing with it and create different combinations-the magnets are very strong and the things they create do not fall apart. The pieces are durable, bright, attractive and just the right size for little fingers. Great quality. They are not cheap, but they will last forever unless you lose the pieces, as it is impossible to break them. I also bought Magzion 48,( I believe it is from the same manufacturer) and also very happy with the purchase. The packaging is very plain but I like that it is very compact and doesn't take a lot of room-another plus for a preschool room.

These are nice, but they need to make a couple changes to be a 5 star in my opinion. For $40 I expected a larger set, the 60 piece set is a very small set. I'd recommend buying a couple sets if they didn't cost so much. Also the magnet strength is a bit on the weak side.
