I have been using Ecrinal for some time now based on recommendations from my dermatologist. It has been easy to use, however this most recent package I got, every time I try to use any vial it breaks unevenly and the plastic applicator got torn because of the uneven vial end, not just one vial had this issue but all of the vials I used so far. I needed to practice extreme caution not to injure my self. Unfortunately as the glass applicator was torn, I lost a lot of the product itself while using it. This problem is new to the product and have not experienced it before with my previous packages.

The box was all crushed up, the product was safe but the box was screwed up.

I've used this for several years, very costly, but a great product. Now, found a great price. Great Deal. Thanks

Very good

I got charged $56 for this product. I only received one package of 8 ampoules. This is a rip off. Keep your money. It’s not worth it. Your hair would have to grow over night for that price.
