Very nice tea, smels and tastes good. Came fast and well packaged.

I bought this because I heard it contains adaptogen that helps the mind and body adapt to changes as well as both physical and mental stressors. Within 2 weeks I noticed that I was considerably less tired despite still sleeping too little as well as working and drinking too much (alcohol). It's amazing and I wish I'd discovered it sooner. I put one bag of this with a bag or two of other teas, such as matcha and black tea during the day or chamomile and lemon ginger at night and I like what it adds to the taste though it took a couple sips to get used to.

I am very fan of all and have collection of, from the sip I knew something wasn't right. Honestly this is green with hisbiscu 100% but by saying ashwagandha lolol I would not recommend anyone to fall for that.Y'all take care.

Reduces stress, noticable energy boost without the caffeine! Great flavor, great packaging! I am so glad I found this tea!
