Great value
The product is economical with 300 mg tablets. Most B1 is 100 or 500 mg. The tablets are quality, packaged in a secure container and are easily swallowed.

Added to my routine
I had a friend who was recovering from Co-Vid and swears by these, together with Vit C/D and Zinc with Cooper. during these crazy times, I've added all to my morning regime. So far, so good. Stay safe, everyone.No taste and easy to swallow.

Always have felt GNC has high quality.
I prefer gelcaps or capsules. I find the quality excellent, and it saves using several of a smaller dose. The flavor seems acidic, so a capsule would be preferable.

It came in a plastic bag not a package and pills smell horrible but not teturn policy???!
Smells horrible and bad !!! I wanted to return it but it says not returnable!!! Also they delivered it in a plastic bag not been packaged ! Ridiculous!'n
