Most, if not just about all, other B complex supplements give a huge whopping dose all at once. For me this meant after several hours I would have a huge whopping crash. I wasn't sure if the timed release would actually work, but it has been perfect. The dose, while not the insanely sky high doses of the other brands, is plenty for me and helps me concentrate on my work, which I had been having difficulty doing. Another plus is that these pills don't stink! It seems most B vitamin pills have a nasty odor that makes me nearly gag when I open the bottle, that doesn't really make me want to swallow them. These have no odor. So no odor, no crash, better concentration, all a win for me.People who are not used to taking pills might find these a little large, I don't have any trouble with them.

Great product. Am very happy with results. Other B Complex products didn't agree with me but the slow time release worked well. Never even knew it was there. Plus the bio-active forms are better absorbed as well. Thanks Zahler ! Finally a product I can give a 5 star rating to.Gregg C

Helps my energy levels. My husband tried them and he also noticed how much they help.

I like that this is a time released product without synthetic folic acid and and fillers and contains methylated vitamins for a decent price. I can't really say if it's made a difference in my health or that of my husband. I still take a separate B12 supplement as per Dr. Michael Greger's recommendations for vegan/plant-based eaters.

Literally changed my life. I feel calmer and happier. My high pulse came back down to normal. People with MTHFR gene mutations need methylated B vitamins like this one, since standard B vitamins are not absorbed as well or at all.

These work really well for me. Good potency and the sustained release is neat.

Affordable and time released. Not my favorite but since I take b-complex more than once a day this is good.

I was browsing for a B complex and I have taken their multi form vitamins before, I was impressed then and I am impressed now. They look very high quality and really seem to”work” or at least I feel like they do. They’re an honest company that uses quality ingredients in their products. Will buy again.
