So happy I found this product. I was amazed by how quickly i got some relief from my cough. It was almost instant.Update: I really like this product. It works! However I will NOT be buying this again. I purchased a 2nd bottle that was poorly packaged and because it was poorly packaged, the cap was broken into several pieces causing a lot of it to spill out.Why on earth would Amazon thinly wrap a glass bottle in thin bubble wrap, and ship it in a poly envelope. Whoever packed that item to ship lacks common sense! And on top of that, this is a non returnable item. I should knock a star off for aggravation!

The flavor is strong but the health benefits are worth it.

The taste is strong but tolerable. My doctor recommended this last year during fire season and I was having to use an emergency inhaler on a regular basis. The pharmacies couldn't get any breathing medications. Our air quality advised to not exit buildings so I used a lot for about 2 months and now keep 2 in stock at all times. It stopped the spasm, dilated bronchials, allowed me to breathe and sleep.

This is definitely a strong tonic and I haven't taken it when I've had a bad cough so don't know how effective it truly is, but I was feeling a tiny bit of congestion in my throat a few days so took some of this and felt like it cleared it up. It stinks and doesn't taste good and burns a little, I guess because of the cayenne in it, but I will definitely keep using it as needed.

Thick. Glass bottle. Last a long time even though I used it every night! Buy it

We have a Corgi that had a dog fight when young and its throat was damaged in the fight ( never leave dog collars on in the house...ours got tangled up with the other Corgi ). We had her at a holistic vet for another issue and he heard her wheezing. He suggested we use it on our 4 year old dog. She is now 9 and we have used it for all this time. Elizabeth still wheezes, but without the coughing that used to accommodate her barking.I occasionally take a spoonful when I have a bad throat..........great stuff.
