I am 31 years old. 15 years ago I got into a car accident that had messed up the circulation in my left leg. The swelling used to be intense in heat and on planes near my ankle/foot area. I had tried compression socks and bunch of other things for a long time. I had found these pills after searching for something better to use on amazon. I decided to give them a try. I've had these for about a month and half and the results are great! When I do take the pills then my leg and foot area looks almost normal against my other foot and it doesn't throb or ache like it used too.The only reactions that I've had is I noticed if I don't take the pill then my ankle area/foot will swell up that day. And also don't take all 3 at once and take them with food. I had a Niacin flush because of the pills it wasn't harmful just scary at first. However, they do warn about that on the bottle if your skin is sensitive to such things.

Works great. Every I I’d walked I was out of breath still I started taking these pills, no more out of breath. I have bad blood circulation, not any more.

Good product. Lasts several months. Would not subscribe as you will not use it up fast. I take 1-2 capsules a day with a meal. Has helped improve my circulation.

These capsule really works used to have poor circulation in hand after taking the first two capsule symptoms reduced I am only seven days in and no more numbness in my hands I can sleep better at night now ,

I bought these to aid the circulation in my lower legs which is compromised by lymphoedema and varicose veins.After about 2 days of use (3 capsules per day), I noticed an increase in soreness in my lower legs, so I decreased the dosage to 2 capsules per day. The results did not improve, so I went with ONE capsule per day--still no improvement regarding the pain.I stopped using them for several more days, noting a decrease in pain, then resumed using them at the lowest dosage with the same negative results.Needless to say, I won't be able to use these capsules, since I must have a sensitivity to them. That's unfortunate, because they have a very pleasant aroma when the bottle is opened, and the ingredients appear to be of high quality.
