Very stable.
It works well. A bit tricky to put on because of all the adjustable parts, but this is good, because you can tailor it to exactly fit your frame.

Works as expected.Reasons I've knocked stars:1. there is no rubber or similar to protect the frame from damage. I cut apart an old inner tube to line the inside, but it would be good if it was included.2. There were no instructions. To get a solid bike stand it may require some tweaking.

Fab item! Bought 3 in the end!
Much better than old centre stand. Have replaced 3 of our bikes with these now. Simple to fit too.
