I bought this headband because when I was cycling, after about 8km I would just keep getting sweat in my eyes, at which point you're struggling to keep your eyes open. With this headband, the problem has totally gone away, and I don't notice any issues with overheating, etc.It's quick drying, so if you're commuting it'll be dry by the time you're going home, fits nicely so it's comfortable and you forget it's there.For me, this was one of the better value for money purchases I've made for cycling.Also the fit is lightly stretchy so whilst comfortable it's also has stability so it doesn't move around on your head - also light weight enough that it isn't noticeable.

Works really well
I wear this headband for running as I sweat a lot, and it soaks it all up, with none running down into my eyes. If that's what you need this for then buy it, it works.

Save your money - this is hopeless. After 30mins the water was running down my face. Really disappointed.
