Good purchase at this price. The product is sturdy and lasts longer in domestic usage conditions. It has well protected nut and bolt arrangement. The flywheel is noise-less and overall the product meets the expectation. The product is easy to assemble with all the tools and guides included in the package. Packaging was neat and tidy with good thermocol support. The delivery boy was friendly in helping me carry this huge [~30kgs] package to my 3rd-floor building.Worth the price!!

Purchased it a few weeks back. Machine installation was tricky but used their YouTube video (which had a different model) to self install. Works well. Can be used for cycling too and not just as an elliptical. Does not make noise while pedaling which is great. If there are technicians from this company to instal the item, choose that because with self installation the pedal nut came off while working out on it though it was installed properly. Possibly repeated use caused the nut to become loose. Self installation is not extremely difficult but it is not easy either. Product was delivered well packed. Pulse, Distance, Speed, Time and Calories can be viewed while using the machine. Value for money.

I am writing this review after using the product for 2 years. The item is good and value for money, but the service is pathetic. After using the device for 2 years, it now needs an overhauling and trying to get it serviced, but there is NO one from the company who can help me here.Otherwise, the product is good.
