Exceptional
I found this book to be an enjoyable and informational read. The breakdown of management was relatable while putting into words what many people aren’t able to. Perspective from those being led heavy throughout. Those being led weren’t left out either. The last few chapters hit their roll in leadership well. Leaders are only as good as those they are leading.

Reality - layers of layers of bosses commanding the multitude of slaves
In most, if not all, of the corporations and all other human organizations, there is not any "Authentic Leader" at all, non-existent. There are only layers of layers of bosses commanding the multitude of slaves who have to obey in order to receive the salary to buy basic food for them to live and survive.
