The product is defective
It's defective and I would like a return label cause no one around my area will take to qcode cause they don't have the scanner for it & sorry that I am getting back to you at this time, I been going around & I have to walk every where I go!

Installed this a year ago, I am working from home so I maybe put 5,000 miles on it and it started howling. If I could give it 0 stars I would
