This book is changing my life in the most profound ways. When I first started reading it and attempting the prayers and exercises it outlines, I was so worried nothing would happen. That I’d walk away disappointed and feeling more lost than normal. And then I began worrying that my lack of Faith in the process would clinch the deal and I’d end up disappointed in myself and my deficient faith.That has not been the case. It’s as if a river of insight and goodwill has poured into me. I can FEEL God’s presence. Sometimes much more than others, but each is a revelation and almost emotionally exhausting while also being spiritually energizing. Like I’m trading my fears and doubts for Faith and awareness.Read this with an open mind and the belief that it will change your prayer life and teach you how to better communicate with our Heavenly Father. He wants to converse with you!

In my youth I distinctly and often heard the word of God, my Father. As a Police Officer I know for certain the voice of His Angel kept me from what may have become a fatal event. As life progressed His voice seem to have faded, yet I realize npw it was I who faded from His Love and Grace. This book has helped me step back into a Faith that relies upon not just following the Word of God, but His voice.This is a very well written, easy to read and easy to apply tutorial on learning to hear God in your life - day-to-day. I highly.recommend it and pray you find a personal dialogue with the Lord..

What a gem! This will be my new book to buy up and pass out to others. It just is such a biblically sound, thorough "manual" on the purpose and practice of prayer, especially in the context of prayer's purpose: to know God intimately in a personal, communicative relationship with Jesus Christ. So helpful and encouraging! I like that it is such a wonderful combination of theology of prayer, Scriptural study of prayer, and practical manual on HOW TO pray. The author obviously practices this himself - it comes through the pages. So glad he wrote this and I came across it!

It’s a good devotional, to be honest it wasn’t accompanied by any radical change or discovery for me personally, but was still worth the 26 days of reading.

This book is helping me get closer,much closer to God. I didn’t realize how crusty my heart had become,and how many distractions I allowed to edge Him out…but I am looking forward to reclaiming intimacy with Jesus!

This book is a wonderful guide to deeper prayer. Seth’s personal experiences in the presence of the Lord are both motivating and instructive.

I enjoyed this book. The information is very practical and applicable. However it seemed to not go far enough. Kind felt like it stopped abruptly. But definitely worth the read
