According to the International Castor Oil Association, castor oil studies in which people were dosed with castor oil at dietary concentrations as high as 10 percent for 90 days did not produce any ill effects....."I personally, have been using castor oil, both regular and black on my hair, brows and lashes for years and have never experienced any kind of negative side effects. If anything it has cleared my skin and helped with dry scalp. It's done wonders for my beauty regimen and my grandmother believes in taking it for medicinal purposes. Do your own research and find the answers for yourself and also talk to health care professionals. Misinformation can send people into an unnecessary panic without just cause.Hope this helps!
