My computer failed and I needed a replacement but did not wish to spend enough for a new one, or move to Windows 11.I found this Windows 10 Dell Latitude 5580 HD 15.6 Inch Business Laptop Notebook PC refurbished by "tekrefurbish" for $188 on Amazon and ordered it.When I unpacked it, it was very clean -- looked new -- and, important because I am not good with modern technology, was extremely easy to set up.So it is delightful to have what seems to me like a new computer that does all I need (I'm not into gaming!) easily and quickly, and onto which it was easy to transfer all that I needed from the old one.For me this is a great bargain 😊, and I would recommend "tekrefurbish" if you need a replacement for an old friend.

I was hesitant to order this being refurbished but I thought what the heck I’ll give it a shot. Well I’m glad I did it works great and Sue’s everything is supposed to. Great product and I would definitely order another if I needed one.

It would seem that CIOX Healthcare doesn't want me to use what used to be their laptops. This security stop happened during initial loadup and there was no way to get to any other functions. So had to return the laptop for a full refund (after working with Amazon Support of course). Otherwise it would have been a great travel/home laptop.

This is a very good and reliable laptop computer. Thanks to the company for refurbishing it correctly. It is very fast and very easy to use.

My new to me Dell Latitude was.shipped promptly came packaged properly and ready to power up. Got a great deal and it has a one year guarantee. It works flawlessly with a clean install of Windows 10 Pro. I hate Windows 11. So I am happy. I got a top of the line laptop in pristine condition for low money. So consider buying a refurbished machine from Amazon. Good for the environment also

Some odd things, the computer was named as if it was a tower, not a laptop, I'm doubtful the refurbishing tech did a good job, looked like it was rushed, a lot of junk files left on it.The strangest thing is, each of the Dell power supplies that have been plugged into this laptop now no longer work and they were being used and working before I plugged this laptop into them. I'm afraid to try any more fearing they will all be ruined. I have bought Dell computers for my last 6 computers. I retired from being tech support/trainer 12 years ago so I'm somewhat knowledgeable, though now way behind times.

This isn't the most powerful laptop ever but it's great. Works perfectly. It does everything you need it to. It's fully setup and ready to go right from the get go. Honestly for the price it's a steal. I never put it to the test for hardcore gaming but runs everything you need it to. I'd highly recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

Computer arrived in a timely manner. Started up and was easy to set up and get to work. The unit was in like new condition and was clean. Buyers should be aware though that this computer will not work with Windows 11 and the Win 10 pro will not be supported after Oct.14, 2025!
