First off this has a lot of clean vitamins. Did not upset my stomach, some of the other brands make me feel a little discomfort when I take them. Easy to take and Works like magic honestly, I did see an improvement in my health after taking this multivitamin. Worth buying for someone who wants all the nutritional vitamins in one pill.

I’ve been looking for a multi vitamin that was organic and made from fruits and veggies. This was exactly what I was looking for. The pills are a little huge, but since I only have to take it once a day, I am not bothered. I drink it with my morning coffee and am not able to taste anything. It exactly what I need for my everyday vitamins and is made of natural ingredients.

I was looking for a vitamin without fillers and am very happy to have found this one. Easy to swallow and works well. Very happy with the product.

I’m only knocking off one star because these suckers are huge and they don’t have rounded edges, so it makes swallowing a little tricky.But this hasn’t caused any stomach upset, it has improved my energy, and I love that it’s only a once daily supplement.I wish this brand’s prenatal vitamin was only once a day and not 4. My OB said that I am able to take this as a prenatal due to the amount of folate that is in it, along with a choline and DHA supplement.I just hope that when I do get pregnant, this won’t make me sick because I love taking this vitamin and brand and like I said, I don’t want to take 4 a day, so I’ll have to find a different brand if so. Fingers crossed!UPDATE: I noticed that as I was finishing up my first bottle, taking this vitamin began to make me feel as if I would gag, so I am switching to something else. The size is just too big and it not having round edges makes it difficult to swallow, and it doesn’t taste the best.

Easy on the stomach and all organic which I love! I take every other day and I feel great.
