Feels like balsa wood it’s so light. Would not survive a crush of any kind.

We needed a suitable "container' for Mum's ashes that were to be buried within her parent's grave. It had to be something biodegradeable i.e no metal hinges etc. This was ideal and allowed us to personalise it in our Mum's memory. The shape allowed us to name all that she was to our family so there was no bickering over what to put on it. I think she would have excused the not so perfect looking personalisation as it was my first time using the burning tool to do it. While it may not suit everyone, we had a short time frame to get something, so the more expensive professional looking "containers" were not an option. Would recommend, suitable for lots of uses.

I could not use this , it was a gift , but the hinges were crooked

We bought this to hold a training jack (crown green bowls) for my Father-in-Law's 90th birthday. It was just the right size and made wrapping the main gift a good deal easier 😀
