A good purchase. Looks great and appears to be sturdy.

The umbrella is very well made and provides shade to a large portion of my patio. Took me five minutes to put together by myself. Love the 6 1/2 x 10 foot size. it’s a nice color red and ties in well with my patio set.

I'm sorry to say that we will have to return this item after only two weeks or so of use. When I first set up this umbrella, it was easily winched up but was very, very difficult to winch back down. Then, suddenly the entire winching mechanism loosened up to the extent that it was no longer properly operable and seemed about to come apart.This is now the replacement umbrella that we received after returning the first which was defective. The winch is a bit stiff when taking the umbrella down. Raising it is fine. This would be our only criticism. The umbrella is nicely made and well crafted . The fabric is excellent and we are pleased with the color. Overall, it is a nice looking product,

Florida lanai. Only been outside for a few weeks but it seems to be good quality, much better that the $70 dollar umbrella I bought last year that faded and broke within a year...

holds up well, no fading yet, a year later.

Directly out of the box, the crank open system that opens the umbrella does not work and won't open the umbrella.The pamphlet in the box says to not return the product and contact customer service with any quality issues. SMH

We bought two of these in 2023. Bright yellow (closer to gold) color. One is under a tree, the other in bright sunlight. One must endure constant abuse from neighborhood squirrels and birds above. Apparently one of the things our neighborhood includes is an abundance of dark blue berries, which, after passing through said animals, end up on our bright yellow umbrella. After one and a half seasons, these are still washing off with ease. There are still zero stains. Both still have the original color, and they stand up well to wind and rain. For comparison, our neighbor bought a competitive product from a local retailer. She had to replace hers withing a few months, by which time hers had faded beyond recognition. As I recall, ours were not dirt cheap, but they were well worth the cost.

I purchased three umbrellas and am so impressed by the quality and look that I decided to write a review. They arrived well packed and included all the parts which I have found is not always the case. They look much more expensive than what they cost. The fabric is thick and the tan is a beautiful neutral color. The construction is solid. The pole is a very nice dark brown. I highly recommend this company! You will not be disappointed.
