It works
Easy to spread and it works. I saw huge improvement in just a week.

Outstanding Fungicide!
I've been really pleased with this fungicide. I live in the Southeast US (North Carolina) and the summers are hot and usually humid so lawns are really susceptible to fungi. Last summer (being a new homeowner) I didn't pre-treat my lawn with any type of fungicide and had probably 20-30% of my yard affected. This year I bought a bag of this stuff after researching different products and applied 2 equal treatments. Half the bag spread in the late spring, the other half spread the next month as we crossed into the early summer and it's kept our yard in tip-top shape. No fungus to speak of!I will be buying this again!

Expensive, but it appears to work
I live in south central North Carolina. I have a tall fescue lawn. I didn't plant the lawn, and I would like to replace it with zoysia.Tall fescue HATES the climate here. It looks good in the spring and fall, but is high maintenance grass. It is also very susceptible to rust and brown spot, especially with the heat and humidity that we seem to have earlier every year.I applied a bag of Heritage G about 4 weeks ago because I was having severe brown spot, and Bayer's spray product didn't touch it.It took a couple of weeks to be able to see the improvement with the Heritage G, so I ordered another bag. I applied the second bag a few days ago, and it looks like it is still improving.I would rate this product 5 stars, but the price is ridiculous.

It just does what its supposed to do.
This stuff is essential for brown spot prevention. DO NOT wait until you see those tell tale brown rings. Put this down early in the season and repeat once or twice per season. A neighbor neglected any treatment and lost his entire lawn in a week ! I do not see any evidence of acclimation on my fescue so I have stuck with Headway for several years now in SC.

Solved my blight on shrubs
Nothing worked on shrubs, was about to loss 1500 feet of perimeter shrub to disease. Spent hundreds on trial and error till i got this. Did the trick for my leaf spot that was killing my shrubs. Happy at twice the cost. Now i use as deterrent to blight when its summer humid in s florida before problems exist. This kills disease on ground under shrubs and builds up thru roots to protect plant internally too. Im sold on this.

Wife supports the Zoysia change over now
I had fescue grass and in North Carolina it looks great in the fall, winter and spring. However, in the summer it required too much water and thinned out every year. Switched to Zoysia Zeon and I got a bad fungus in the lawn. It happened so fast that I didn't realize until almost too late. My wife was questioning my judgment. Then I put this stuff down and the lawn has turned around. I'm a hero again.

this product is a disappointment.
Not Effective Against Brown Patch. Applied in spring before brown patch set in and again in summer and as of mid-July the lawn has brown patch. Dethatching was done early spring before the application of Heritage to help reduction of diseases and all proper mowing practices were followed. For all the expense and hype, this product is a disappointment.

I have not seen the dreadful pythium fungus pattern return...so far
it's been almost one year now - and I have not seen the dreadful pythium fungus pattern (following the drainage pattern) repeat / return - after 3 years / summer seasons. fingers crossed - If i make it to mid august, but so far no evidence of desease since using this product twice last summer / fall, and twice this year (with alternating cheaper class fungicides every 21 days or so) - started in the spring. There was less rain though this season, and perhaps better cultural practices - like collecting the clipping in the shaded areas of the lawn. The front, with more sun, and better drainage, I leave grass clippings on the lawn. The price is too high (deduct on star)- but at least I am hoping not to have to reseed this fall.
