Bought this for my 7 and a half year old nephew for Christmas. Apparently the idea of the game is to set out the cards as you would a team formation but this was a bit too complicated for my nephew at 7 and for those of us playing who aren't football fans! However, we played the game as a quiz and as well as guessing whether the next card was higher or lower, we were all guessing the exact answer. This game is ideal for my football and fact loving nephew but I'd also recommend it for any football fan over the age of 7, including teens and adults!

I thought this game seemed a tad complicated to grasp but a simple description would be it's a game of Facts and Trivia, the Trivia being Higher or Lower.Two or more players can play this game. There are 150 cards and on each card a Number on one side and a Fact on the other side. The aim of the game is to guess or know the Fact, (the answer will be a number). If you can’t guess the correct Fact then you can play Trivia by saying whether the number of the card is higher or lower than the next. Correct you win, Wrong you loose.The age range is from 8 years, but I think that the game might be a little on the complex side for the younger players, However, his won’t stop them from playing the game because if they don’t know the Fact answer they can play the Trivia.

My brothers and I love a board game and we love football so this is right up our street. Well made and easy to play we've had loads of fun guessing higher or lower facts. We love it.

this is a great game for all ages and a good move on from the classic top trumps-there is a lot to learn too and children and adult fans loved it.

A fun game for 2 players or a group. Fairly simple rules and does not take long to set up and play. Although great for football fanatics, you don't necessarily need vast knowledge to play, as some of it can be common sense.Basically, you deal two teams of 14 cards. You put 11 of these cards, question side up, in a football formation. The formation has no bearing on the game. The three remaining cards are substitutes, you can use one of these in each half to replace a question you do not like.On the reverse of the card is the answer, which is a number. You start by turning over the left back position card to reveal the first number. You then read the adjacent question card and decide if the answer is higher or lower than the first card. If you are right and the number is in green you continue playing. If you get it right and the number is red, play passes to the other side. If you answer incorrectly you place a yellow card on that question and play passes to the other side. This continues until a side reveals all its cards other than the goalkeeper. When they do they have to play again, against the question on the opposing goalkeeper card to score. If they fail the other team has one more go to try and score. Therefore there is only the possibility of one goal being scored in each half.A team can get two yellow cards but a third wrong answer means a red card and out of the game.The process is repeated in the second half with the other team kicking off.This is a fun game for aged 8+, perfect to keep two people or a party gathering entertained. Also a compact box suitable for trips.There are 150 question cards, therefore many combinations they could be dealt in. However I do wonder about the longevity of the game if played regularly.

My daughter loves football so this is a perfect gift for her. Quite a challenging game and gets very competitive. Such a simple design but a great idea and lots of fun for her to play with her freinds when the come over.
