I actually ordered some of these capsules on the recommendation of a friend a few months ago. You need to take 2, three times a day, before meals, and with plenty of water. They are easy to swallow, but the water is essential to ensure they don't get stuck in your throat, and reach the stomach as soon as possible.Used in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet, or a low carb diet, and a reasonable amount of exercise, they really help suppress appetite, and make a big difference to your weight loss. Without these I was losing between 1 and 2 pounds a week, but in the 2 weeks my first course lasted I lost 12 pounds.I had no side effects, and I was absolutely delighted with the results. I had been meaning to order more, so was pleased to be offered another course to review.This is a really easy way to accelerate weight loss, with no downsides. The cost of these capsules is very reasonable, and I reckon I saved the cost of my last course in the food I didn't need to buy.When I first had them recommended to me, I thought I would need to order them every couple of weeks to lose any significant amount of weight, but to lose best part of 1 stone over the 15 days is good enough for me.I intend to order a course of these every six months to keep my weight in check, and reduce it gradually. Well worth trying, and much cheaper than joining weight loss clubs.

£17 every 2 weeks is very expensive so I expected huge results. I didn’t. I’d say I went to the toilet more until my body got used to them and things smelt more but they certainly didn’t suppress my appetite and I didn’t notice any difference apart from my bodily functions. The tablets are fruity in flavour and quite big.

I think these are probably very good if the effects I got are anything to go by. However I am unable to take them as when I did I became very short of breath and red in the face. Even when I reduced the dosage to one. I think they are probably fine for someone who's fitter then me. They definitely do something, .

Well, you have to take 6 a day so it only last 15 days which is not great, my memory is terrible so I never consistanly remembered to take them, they did seem to suppress my appetite a little, all the ingredients seem nice and natural ingredients, no nasty taste or side effects to report

These capsules are easily swellable and have no taste at all.Help reduce appetite and reduce the fat storage from food intake.Follow the suggested use and you'll notice results before finishing the package.

tried all the diet fad pills these tasted ok but didnt really make me feel any different, used in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise then they would probably be better

I found these easy to swallow, with a hint of fruity flavour. I made sure to drink lots of water, and took the capsules to help a calorie controlled diet. It really does help, I lost three of four pounds the first werk, though that slowed to about two pounds the week after. I also exercised, walking, callanetics etc. The pills are great if you want to lose a little weight, before a holiday or other special event. I will be using them again. They are good value for money and easy to use.
