I was prescribed DHEA a few years ago from a holistic Dr based on my blood levels. I was 36 at the time and couldn’t get my hormones or moods in check.The Dr gave me topical dose that I used for a couple of years but it was a combo with all my other hormones for bedtime usage.My DHEA levels hardly changed.DHEA is supposed to be administered in the AM because it “acts” like a steroid in the body. So I started supplementing on my own with this brand. I’ve taken their women’s multi vitamin and if was good quality just as this DHEA.Wouldn’t you know my levels finally changed?!My energy returned and I feel a bit more “vibrant” about life. It has definitely helped me to want to exercise (not go crazy with it) but want to do a quick 20 mins of something.Best part is libido is back🔥My Dr was shocked by my numbers and they’ve been pretty steady since.I’ve tried taking a break from it but when I do it feels like mg life hits a “lull” like bleh, what’s the point I don’t feel doing anything. So I stay on it.I’ve tried other brands and even higher doses like 50mg big find it’s too much. My face gets crazy oily on a higher dose or k get super cranky (more like angry) if it’s more than 25mg.So I keep this in my AM repertoire along with 60mg of Pregnenolone from SM Mtn co. And I feel like I’m handling Perimenopause, gracefully.

This is the only dhea we'll buy. The capsule is small. Ordered 3 bottles and unfortunately they were not sent together. Was traveling and they were sent to a ups store and ended up costing for each package to pick up. Expected to receive all bottles in one Amazon prime bag.
