Kids like the taste of these vitamins and they are small

Brilliant iron boosting tablets for kids
We needed to get my child’s iron levels up, as a blood test was showing she is deficient. We tried a few ‘iron and vitamin C’ tablets, alongside a multivitamin, and these have worked wonders in helping to get iron levels up. The flavour isn’t too sweet for her and it’s easy to chew. Usually get her to take it with an easy peeler to help with the digestion of iron, and if anyone is struggling with iron levels with their children then try also including an actimel and a live friendly bacteria tablet to help with any side effects of iron deficiency.

Too much plastic waste.
Tablets fine. Tub is far too big and a complete waste of plastic. Puts me off buying again even if they are good value.

I'm an adult lol
Chose these because the max amount a menstruating woman is meant to have is ~14mg, and I could only find that exact dose?? I'm fairly sure my diet makes up some of it, I just needed a helping hand, so this 7mg dose is perfect.Tastes orangy and powdery, not bad but it's small enough to swallow whole if it bothers you. Haven't had dizzy spells since I started taking them, so 5 stars from me, job accomplished.

Daughter loves these
My daughter is not good with taking vitamins or any type of meds, these she loves. Just wish it was a little cheaper as you don’t get very many.

Easy to swallow
After we tried the classic drops ( pretty much disgusting) he’s really happy to take this on …also they contained 7mg of iron wich is a good daily quantity
