Like many of you, I read a lot of reviews before selecting this piece. The reviews criticizing the assembly process almost deterred me from buying it. Fortunately, the issues they had with misaligned holes, difficult to understand assembly instructions, etc. were not part of my experience. The instructions were easy to understand, assembly took about 20 minutes (and I am not a handy guy) and I was able to mount the racks at a slant or straight with no issues. I chose slant btw. The Allen wrench and even a few extra screws came with the unit. And my big, size 12 boots fit easily with room to spare. I bought a shoe bench from another home decor place and it took me two nights to put the dang thing together…only to find that the shoes slots couldn’t even fit one of my shoes. And it cost 3x as much. And this unit looks great. It’s sturdy and makes a great holder for my big ole backpack too. If you’re on the fence…buy it!

Great shoe rack, easy to assemble and very sturdy. Fits 12 pairs of shoes easily. I like that it comes with a shelf on the top and it overall looks modern. Have had for over a year and still holds up like new.

Since I took off the shoes in my house I was looking for the small shoe rack for everyday shoes access.This rack fit more than 16 pairs. The shelves are mesh so very steady, also the shelves has 2 options angle and straight. The top of the shelf is wood that looks nice. small but very useful!!

I found this product when I was looking for an attractive, multipurpose, narrow unit that could serve as both a shoe rack and entry table at a reasonable price point for a small starter city studio - and I'm pleased to say that this product has more than delivered on this front! There are nonetheless a few small caveats, notably with regards to boots and installation, as detailed below.The good:- The piece is fairly solid. I have placed it in a relatively low-traffic area of my apartment, and while I am sure that a careening toddler or an enthusiastic large dog could potentially knock this over, it is of absolutely no concern to most day-to-day situations. Similarly, the shelves have shown no signs of stress when fully loaded with shoes.- While clearly not made of the world's most high quality materials (and who would expect that, for the price?), it does actually look quite handsome and sleek. Certainly it has received several compliments already and everyone has been surprised to hear that it came from Amazon.- A large volume of shoes can fit on the rack; I have been able to comfortably fit 5 women's size 7 shoes abreast on each shelf, making this a good option for those who need to organize a fairly large number of pairs.- Everything was well protected in the shipping box and it arrived promptly with no apparent damage, and an allen key was provided for assembly - no other tools needed.The bad:- The shelves are quite close together, to the point that even an ankle-height boot will not comfortably fit on a shelf. Luckily the bottom row is just high enough off the ground to slide the toes of my boots underneath the unit, maintaining some semblance of cohesion. If you have more than 5 pairs of boots that you are hoping to store here, this may not be the unit for you.- Also on the subject of shelves, the listing claims that two options are available while putting the unit together: flat or slanted. As it happens, the drill holes intended for slanted shelves aren't properly lined up and it was utterly impossible to put the piece together in such a way. A pity, as I had hoped to put them together like so. Luckily the flat shelves are functional, so it's no huge loss, but a frustration nonetheless when advertised otherwise.- Generally, installation is possible but rather difficult to do solo. For those with dexterity or mobility issues, it is likely that they will need some helping hands.- Upon opening the box, the "wood" flat-top was absolutely covered in fine, almost invisible, spiky hairs. I assume this is a byproduct of the production line, and was able to wipe down/vacuum up all the detritus, but had I had small children or pets nearby I would have been significantly more concerned. Besides, I don't think that I should need to have cleaning products on hand because the company couldn't be bothered to send out clean parts.

Easy to assemble with the help of my 13 year old daughter. Looks good inside my closet and like the possibility to use it elsewhere as it has a nice finish and one piece wooden top.

I love this shoe rack. It’s sturdy, well designed and it makes our entry way look so organized. I love the metal mesh racks as to the cloth mesh. I know that I don’t have to worry about the racks ripping apart or shoes with head snagging on to them. This shoe rack here is easy to clean and to maintain. Depending on the shoe size you can easily fit between 12-15 shoes. Thinking of grabbing another one for my boys since they have a ton of shoes combined together!

Instructions were a little confusing to me but I also don’t build furniture too often. Once I figured it out, perfect!!! It looks stylish, and I plan on getting a little dish for keys to put on top! Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a shoe rack, it’s sturdy and doesn’t wobble! Excellent for the price

After searching for a mesh-shelved shelf unit to dry & store cold-process soaps, I settled on this shoe rack. It works brilliantly, allowing plenty of air circulation, and each shelf supports up to ~ 8 Kgs (~ 20 Lbs) of weight. The raised lip at the back of the shelves is fabulous, and keeps the soap from tumbling off the back of the unit.Although others apparently had difficulty assembling theirs, mine went together like a breeze, in spite of the arthritis caused by my autoimmune disease. Before assembly, I simply laid out all of the pieces to ensure the screw holes lined up, and then fastened them together. Easy peasy and Bob’s your uncle!The shelves are attractive and narrow enough to tuck into a corner, or stay out of the way against a wall. As other reviewers have noted, the space between the shelves is designed to hold shoes - not boots. The top mesh shelf might hold ankle boots, and the solid top shelf, which is table height and likely meant for folks to toss their keys, post, mittens, etc. onto, will hold boots of any size.If, like me, you’ve been looking for mesh shelves for your hobbies, this unit might fit the bill. If you just want a solid, fairly attractive, and functional shoe rack, look no further.Recommended.

I am thoroughly impressed with this shoe rack which has a generous capacity of 30 pairs and the material quality is amazing. It is available in multiple colours as well. Racks stability is impressive even when fully loaded with shoes. I highly recommend this shoe rack to anyone seeking a spacious, easy-to-assemble storage solution for their shoes. It's exceeded my expectations in both quality and functionality, making it a fantastic purchase from Amazon.
