Beet Root is known to improve one's nitric oxide production, which helps circulation and overall heart health. However, not everyone enjoys the taste of beets, let alone the amount you'd have to eat to equal what's in two capsules. Very good product for my chronic fatigue.

This is a lot cheaper and easier to use than super beets. It is good to help with nitric oxide levels. This is good for circulation and both physical and mental energy. I break two open and put them in a green drink I make. It makes me feel like I just drank a cup of coffee without the jitters.

My review of the beetroot:I was researching alternative methods of lowering my blood pressure and had read that beetroot helps. I started using beetroot because I wanted to add a supplement to help with my blood pressure and inflammation issues. The benefits that I researched for using beetroot seemed to be a good solution to helping me fight these diseases. Being pre-diabetic was also a contributing factor and made the beetroot a no brainer.Since I've been using Double Wood Supplement "Beetroot" my inflammation has been less and less with each day, I can slowly feel my energy levels increasing. I am not expecting this supplement to do miracles overnight. I understand it takes time to build up my system to see the results I want. Mostly this supplement is a happy addition, I am hopeful that Double Wood Supplement "Beetroot" will continue to be apart of my daily regiment.

I’ve been using double wood beet root daily since purchasing it over a month ago. Since I’m not good at swallowing pills I just dump two capsules in my morning smoothie. I was surprised to find that I actually enjoy the added flavor. Probably the most tangible benefit I am noticing is that my blood pressure has normalized after bordering on the high side for many months. I’ve also noticed that my breathing during morning workouts is improved. Overall I’m very happy with this product and plan to continue using it.

Several of the beet capsules were empty in one bottle. I ordered 2 bottles but have not opened the other bottle. I don't know if I just got a bad batch of beet root capsules because I could see a couple of the capsules being empty because the machine missed the capsule but I was surprised how many were empty and just the capsule casing was there. I have NOT used this brand before and probably won't use it again. I have had other brands and all the capsules were full of the beet root. When I open the other bottle and if it has a lot of empty capsules, I will let you know.
