Great value
Best value for combination of calcium and D3 that I found to match a prescription for the same thing. The downside is the size of the hard pill. If you have a hard time taking pills, this one’s not for you!

Tabs are too big to swallow!
The tabs are huge and I choked on them. I had to cut them in half but that leaves sharp edges on the half tabs.

These are easy to swallow, not too big, and you do not need to take 4 or 6 a day as so many supplements require. I also like the added vitamin D.

MASSIVE Supplements
I took these for about two weeks before stopping. Unfortunately, they were terribly hard to swallow because they are massive, and I take fish oil which is HUGE! These are bigger! (And no, you can't cut them because then they feel sharp almost.) They were also very upsetting to my stomach, so I had to stop taking them. A few days after I stopped, my stomach issues went away.
