I would for 10oz. It does depend on other things like hand size etc but i think the 10oz would be fine

Not sure what you mean by ‘Bob’. I use mine for Boxercise where I punch my partner’s pads and they work fine.

I got the 12oz gloves and I love them, I’m 5ft 1 and 65kg. They don’t feel heavy and there’s a good amount of cushioning. Hope that helps
