good little camera definitely worth the money

This is the second one I've had since July 2024.The bad weather and salt from the "winter" we had killed the first one.These are super easy to fit with an android head unit.The head unit usually initiates the reverse signal, which in turn doesn't require the + and - wires being attached to the rear lens.Small, compact barely visible, unless looking for it.As seen in the photo, that is the quality of the camera.Which for me is spot on as its more a guidance assist. This is fitted on my rcz approx 2 inches from the end of the car (size does matter 🤣🤣)I'm going to put a thin layer of red grease over the backing and securing screws and hopefully the good ol British winters and salt won't affect it.Now as for ip68.The previous camera went through umpteen car washes, with pressure hose etc and no change in quality nor was there any issue experienced with it not working.All in all.This is a relatively good camera/assistance device, which won't break the bank.Halfords (UK) sell one similar for £50+.Comes complete with wiring. Power supply and lead for the head unit.Cannot fault it for the price, as I've mentioned this is the 2nd one I've had, I did buy another brand and had to return it as the camera did not work, regardless of what setting the head unit was on. Power supply and head unit lead were exact same as well. So thst one was returned.This might not have led lights on it, but where it's located is directly underneath my reverse light. Which does not affect it in anyway.

For what it cost it does the job really well lead is long but not long enough for my MWB Ford Transit had to extend it but over all worth the money for a cheap reverse camera it’s fairly easy to set up took me about an hour

Have had this for 4 months and has already stopped working cannot contact supplier as no option to amazon say to contact the supplier but how can I do this

The media could not be loaded. I’ve followed the instructions and connected this to my Sony XAV-AX1000 I’ve plugged both ends of the RCA cable into the relevant holes and both red cables on the end of the RCA 1 into the reverse trigger wire on the head unit and the other to the reverse lamp, I’ve grounded the other black wire and connected the other red wire to the reverse lamp positive wire. It worked perfect when I select reverse gear and reverse cam on the screen but does not come on automatically when I select reverse :(

Bought this to attach to the back of my Honda CRV - it is a lot better than I expected.The picture quality is decent for the price, but not amazing - it doesn't limit visibility though.It doesn't have infared for night vision, but the quality is still decent enough of a night to make it useable.Installation was fairly simple. The only 12v connection I had was to my rear licence plate lights so the camera only works when my lights are on - not an issue at all - and it means I can still use the camera when I'm not in reverse.The hole needed to install the camera needed to be around 11mm to fit the RCA connector through as it isn't detachable, which leaves a larger hole after installing, but I blocked this up with a rubber seal (would be nice for one to come with the camera though).Overall, I am very happy with the camera 👍

First it is not for honda cars and second this thing got broken while I tried to instal it. Unfortunately it was broken by me dont know about quality, so not gona return it but I would suggest buy this camera if you are buying a whole new system, if you just need a camera it is not a good option
