Skinny Monk - Allulose Sweetener w/Monkfruit, 1:1 Sugar Substitute, Keto Friendly, Zero Net Carbs, Non-Glycemic (Granular, 11oz)

Monkfruit won’t raise glycemic levels, so if you need to keep your blood sugar levels in check it’s one of the best sugar substitutes out there. Every other monkfruit blend has erythritol in it, which I’m horribly allergic to, so I love that this one uses allulose instead! I’m also allergic to stevia, so that means I can’t use any sugar substitutes found on supermarket shelves since they ALL contain one of those two ingredients. I’m so grateful this one brand of monkfruit exists since it’s the only one I can use. I do all of my baking with this monkfruit blend and even kids seem to love my cakes and cookies since it has the same sweetness and mouthfeel as real sugar. Everyone enjoys this because it DOES NOT have the weird bitterness or metallic aftertaste that many other sugar substitutes have. If I could rate this more than five stars it would be the one item I purchase on the regular that I would rate 10 stars! It’s so good to be baking again without risking the sugar spike.

I like It , I didn’t notice it was extra fine when ordered it, looks like powder sugar , but great quality and flavor !! No afternoon taste and is a healthier option for a sugar substitute!! Next time a will order granulated!!

It really tastes close to sugar.

Skinny Monkey is a great sweetener, but it's a little less sweeter than I would have expected since it's Monk Fruit, so you might want to add some real sugar to get that sweet kick in your baking, etc. If you use sugar, but need a filler sweetener to reduce your carb or caloric intake, this will work nicely.

Product description makes it seem like it will be just like the 9oz pack, which is granular and looks like sugar. Tastes great. However, this is a powder, more akin to powdered sugar, and has a strong smell. You need more to make things sweeter. Maybe OK for baking? But not what one is looking for to sweeten coffee. It just creeps you out and seems very artificial.

Skinny Monk is the best tasting of all of the Monk Fruit sweeteners! No after taste like other products. Since I got my sleeve surgery this product has been a life saver. I have tried many others but this one is my favorite.

I purchased Skinny Monk a few months ago for the first time. It was very good. The product was very fine and light tan in color. It dissolved quickly and was easy to use. The current package I just received is very course and is very difficult to dissolve. It seems like a completely different product. I can't return it becauseI opened it and used some to try to get it to dissolve. I cancelled another order that I had pending. I will not be buying this again. I ordered a different brand. Very disappointed because I liked my first order so much.
