Hair Color Cream Permanent A21 -Light Gray color

This is the coolest color I've ever tried! And so easy to apply!I had black hair on the root and bleached blonde. So I though I could make a contrast between black and gray( this color), but this hair cream has somewhat dyed the root.As a result of it, I've got "blown to gray" ombré.Did I like it? No!I did love it!

Firstly, mine did not come with a conditioner, but that's okay hopefully that didn't effect my results on how poorly done it came out. I bleached my hair a few weeks prior and my hair was a light yellow blonde and I've been using that shimmer lights purple toner shampoo to tone the brass out. Since then my hair grew out a little and it has grown just an small amount of black roots, but I decided Nov. would be perfect to dye my hair a new color because I'm sick of blonde. Anyways...I dyed it, it looks like the color mix of grey/purple and sometime blue. Also, my roots are slightly brown. Ahh well, an interesting result nevertheless. I'll probably re-bleach and try again. [:

If I had a better experience with shipping I might have ordered this product again.Though it was probably no fault of the seller, the product arrived very late and by the time it did I had already contacted the seller (who responded very quickly) and had received a full refund. It would have made more since to order several at once to keep up with the need to reapply, since silver dye in general fades very fast.It worked very well, but I had to search for instructions I could read in english and eventually found some on a blog. My hair was already fading to a silvery blonde by the time I used this product, so I applied my homemade purple toner before application. It's not a stain dye, so it did slightly damage my hair about as much as the Wella T18 toner with 20 volume dye did, so it's something to be mindful of if your hair is damaged from lightening and dying. However, the silver color was lovely and it lasted much longer than the T18 toner I'd been using previously. It's blue based and it can turn your silver to more a of a blue color if you're not careful, so it's best to keep an eye on your hair while the dye is in and wash it out as soon as it looks grey enough. I used half of the bottle and tube since I have fair, shoulder length and very layered hair. It's also important to keep in mind that any areas that are still slightly yellow or orange can turn green, though I didn't have as much of a problem with green as I did with T18.All you really do is mix both the tube and the bottle in a bowl and mix, then leave it in for about 20 minutes, then wash it out.

I brought this dye to a professional setting and had a stylist attempt to colour my hair using it. After properly lifting my hair, the dye was added and nothing happened. It's a good thing my stylist had her own dye, which turned out amazing compared to this (we threw out the last bottle after using two others in an attempt to even bring about a little colour) Not to mention all directions weren't in english

I received it sooner than expected. Packaging was great. Did not come with instructions in English. The reason I gave 2 stars is because it turned my hair blue. Sereously bright blue not grey what so ever. Won't be purchasing it again.

It works really well, but the content is little, my hair is to shoulder, I have purchased 2 bottles, but it still not enough. Everything else works well! My hair came out with the beautiful grey!

I added way too much conditioner, thinking that this would be a darker gray over my blonde hair but it wasn't (a lighter blonde with some brass tones). My hair turned out to have light gray streaks amongst a nasty green colour. Don't use too much conditioner (if you plan on mixing it in), for the color it is probably unnecessary.

Works but doesnt get through all of my hair, had to use two boxes and even then the color did not turn out
