Less Shock to the touche
The quality is top notch. Anything to do with plumbing must be the best or watch out. Easy to install. The extra connection for the hot water was a nice bonus (no extra trip to the plumbing store required). Be aware, if you have a hot water recirculation system, as I do, it fools the system to do the recirculation through this valve if you leave it on, as I do. The recirculation is great when very far from the hot water source as it keeps the water hot at each Fawcett in the path on the way to this unit. The down side is if you do have a recirculator system that just ran, watch out for very hot water on your bum.

The best from Brondell
Absolutely works! Any complaints about this product is because faulty installation, and the customer did not follow instructions. Hard to believe "the installation is leaking", "is not fitting", "is bad", "is expensive" ( if is expensive you do not need a Bidet). Sorry if you have 300 yrs old house, might be a problem with plumbing fittings, or if the toilet tank and bowl has no space, between the wall, ideal 3-4 inch, indeed is a problem. Other than that, pay attention not to thread to strip connections. It took me 20 min. to install this. Yes I do have skills in plumbing, but any house wife can do it, stay home men included.First-pictures with the tools you need itSecond - the connection under the sinkThird - the connection under the toilet tankFourth - Final CutFifth - check for leaks, pressure ON ( paper towel under the sink main valve)Sixth - Check for leaks pressure ON (check for leaks under the toilet tank)Seventh - enjoy the Brondell Hand held Bidet with Hot/Cold feature and ignore bad reviews, I'm positive customers screw it up. The only legitimate complaint not enough space under the toilet tank. Don't see how is Brondell's fault!Eight - for the peace of mind and insurance purpose, shut off the MAIN valves (under sink end toilet tank) any time after use. It take you under 20 seconds. Is no need for that, but just in case.Ninth - I do not see any reduction on Hot water pressure at the sink because the Bidet Mixing Valve, but for some reason the pressure is down at the sink faucet, why is that a problem? Who is using the sink faucet and the Hand Bidet at the same time??And, yes Brondell should repackage and include an extra option with the Hot/Cold mixing valve with the original Hand Bidet Clean Spa, instead of separate items and price the package accordingly.

good but needs more flexibility
It was easy to install and does the job of mixing hot and cold water very well. The problem thou is that its not really designed for the US markets as i had a very hard time finding the male / female adapters / connectors to get it fully functional. My recommendation would be sit down with the Home Depot or Lowe's the major retailers for household hardware in the US and discuss the sizes and make them easily available at these stores.

Quality has gone down
I do like the Brondell bidet sprayer, and the hot water addition is great for winter. This is my fourth installation, and I am very disappointed this time. The quality of the metal is clearly lower than before. It's what my Dad used to call "pot metal". Furthermore, I could not screw the T-valve onto my hot water feed to save my life. I wasted 45 minutes trying before going to Home Depot to buy a brass valve adaptor to add the 3/8" compression outlet to the hot water supply. You want the BrassCraft CT2-666X P (UPC 0 26613 14092 6). I was able to attach the brass valve adaptor in sixty seconds. Use teflon tape.Honestly, for that kind of product quality, and the need to throw away useless parts from the Brondell Bidet kit, they should just sell two kinds of kits, or at the very least, sell only the mixing valve and direct customers to Home Depot for the supply hose and valve adaptor. Should I change houses again and need to install another bidet, I will look for another brand first. Brondell needlessly turned a 15-minute job into a three hour nightmare.

Love it!
This was easy to install and worked wonderfully. Used it consistently since I bought it over 6 months ago. Definitely worth the money. Especially if you have an older toilet and/or don’t want a bidet seat.

Did not work with my sink's hot water supply line
This arrived nicely packaged with clear instructions. The metal components came in fabric pouches. The accompanying handheld bidet sprayer was a cinch to install and works well. I'd hoped to install This to use with the sprayer butbhad a problem. This warm water bidet solution replaced another that was cheaper in feel, and was a style that attached to the seat that the user did not like. This warm water mixing valve would have been a cinch to install, but the problem I had preventing me from using it is my 3/8" sink hot water supply hose will not mate to the included 3/8" hot water t-valve connector. The last warm water bidet mated with this sink hose fine. I've attached a photo comparing the ends of my sink hot water supply hose, and the i cluded hot water line that connects the f-35valve to the bidet valve. While the outer diameters are the same, the insides are different. I don't know I'd this is a one-off issue with the hot water t-valve connector, or if there are different 3/8" t-valves and I need to find one with a different inner diameter? The second photo attached is of my sink's 3/8" hot water supply line, which does NOT fit the included t-valve.
