We love this stuff for on fish or chicken. Not to spicy but great flavor. Normally pay $3.00 for a small bag so this product is a good value.

Getting difficult to find locally .

I fried the first and second batch, the fish vanished off the plate before I could snap a picture. I fried this batch and was able to get my picture. Didn’t need to add seasoning the fish, all summer long we fry it fresh. The fish have been small this summer so I have to cook in batches, but this is completely seasoned enough. Good and tasty!

This product does exactly what is says. It's a very well seasoned flour for frying seafood. It has a great flavor and adds a perfect crisp on your food. I would recommend eating whatever you fry the same day. It doesn't reheat well

Use with a little garlic power and salt

I bought this to use for some fish fry’s in the future, but ended up making some fried pickles with my first time using it. It was delicious! I can’t wait to use this for some Fish, but this is now my go to breading/seasoning!
