The movie was funny like the other Toy Story movies, but not great like 1 or 2
My family and I really enjoyed Toy Story 4. It was a fun end to the toy's saga. Overall I would rate it about 4 1/2 stars. It is about as good as the 3rd film but not as good as 1 or 2. I really thought they would go somewhere else at the end of this movie. Like Bonnie parents surprising her of news that she is going to have a baby brother or something like that to start the cycle of play all over again. But this tale stays more with the separation aspect. I did enjoy the carnival theme and atmosphere although it is hard to imagine Woody and Bo Peep not eventually finding another child to love and focus on.Ducky and Bunny really play up the laughs in this movie. You kind of wish Buzz had more screen time. I loved the new Character Duke Caboom he was a riot in this film. The movie has a lot of positives and the usual tear jerker moments with any Toy Story film. The Pee Wee Herman dummies were pretty frightening. I liked the antique store idea you would think that they toys would get a lot of attention compared to lamps and the typical junk you find in an old store. My four and seven year old both had a lot of laughs and never got bored or uninterested in the story. I kind of thought that Woody and the gang would try to fix Gabby Gabby's voice box instead of Woody doing surgery to give him hers. The story has kind of run its course now and I would hate to see endless sequels coming out tarnishing what was once a perfect thing. Star Wars coming to mind. Small holiday specials would be fine but like Shrek not to many places you can take the story from here. Forky wasn't a bad idea but I could easily see Bonnie not caring about her creation the very next day. The film is definitely worth the rental price probably up to you if you want to buy it for your collection it was worth watching if you have kids.

The ending was fine... assume you don't care about toy story 3.
I thought the ending was perfect. I really enjoyed the whole movie. I thought it was uplifting. I cried watching this movie. The ending was the best part and made me cry the most, not because it was sad, but because it was very moving to me. And then I read some reviews on here and I was aghast that people think the ending was some horrible thing. Then I read why, and it's usually the same reason: they think toy story 4's ending doesn't sit right with toy story 3's ending. Well you know what? I can't even remember what toy story 3's ending was. And I honestly could care less. I didn't have time to rewatch all the previous movies. So as far as I was concerned, this movie's story was all on its own with no history to live up to. And that said, I thought it was a great story. To sum it up, if you just watched toy story 3 five seconds ago, you might hate this movie's ending. But if you're like me, and you can't even remember what happened in any of the preview movies, then there's a good chance you may think this movie was great and you may really like how this movie ends too.

Toy Story 4: Toy Meets Girl
I've been a fan of Toy Story since I was a child. I loved the characters so much, and the song "You've Got a Friend in Me" has always been one of my favorites. Now here I am, 27 years old, watching the fourth film in the series. Yeah, we all thought that Toy Story 3 was going to be the end, but Disney said nope...we're gonna push out another one. So does this one hold up to the previous three? Well yes...sort of. The animation is of course beautiful thanks to Pixar, and it just amazes me how much it's changed since the first movie. Woody, Buzz, and the rest of the gang are still great, and we get the return of Bo Peep after she was absent from the last movie, and I gotta say...I like what they've done with her. A lot of people were complaining about how much her character has changed, but they seem to forget that before this movie, she wasn't much of a character. In the first two movies she was only depicted as Woody's girlfriend who didn't have much of a personality, but here she's more fleshed out, fun and adventurous. The newer characters are ok, although I didn't much care for Forky; actually I kind of found him annoying at first with him trying to get himself into garbage a million times, but then after that he wasn't really that interesting. Sure he made me laugh a few times, and the end credits scene of him and the other toys was admittedly hilarious, I just wasn't invested in him despite his importance to Bonnie. However, the best new characters in the movie were the insane duo of Ducky and Bunny who are voiced by Keegan-Michael Keye and Jordan Peele! Seriously I would watch an entire movie about them, but that would just be another Keanu. The story overall is pretty good, and we get a sympathetic villain who is not downright malicious like Sid, Stinky Pete, or Lotso. However all of the older characters who are not Woody, Buzz, Bo Peep, or Jesse don't get a lot of time to shine. And if you were waiting for the movie to explain how toys come to life, well you'll never know because they never explain it. Now I don't want to spoil everything, but just expect a sad ending like in Toy Story 3. Overall this was a good chapter in the Toy Story series, it's not as good as the first three movies but it's still ok for all children young and old. TOO INFINITY, AND BEYOND!

The Last Toy Story Movie
This is the last Toy Story movie made and it doesn’t disappoint. Laughter at the toys grouping together and what they get into. The ending is different from the others but you have to watch.
