Yes, all cheese should be stored refrigerated. You can leave it out at room temperature for a few hours to enjoy the best flavor and texture.

Hi RJ, Yes, the curds can be frozen and would probably be fine with being frozen a few weeks. When taking them out, refrigerate for a slow thaw. They will not squeak like when first made but they are still fine to eat and use in cooking. Thank you for your inquiry. Peg @ Cheesers

Hi, no this is not what you are looking for. Muenster curds are fresh but they are salted. I have not seen the product you are looking for but possibly you could find it on line. Maybe try Igourmet. Thank you, Peg @ Cheesers
